Background/Aim. In the spirit of personalized medicine, determining caries biomarkers in saliva and gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) attracts great attention current dental re-search. The concentration GCF cytokines is illustrative depicting processes tooth structures. Their relevance must be inspected with aspects position lesion level. Different impacts restoration materials on IL-1? TNF-? could used as a parameter for estimating local inflammation. This paper aimed to estimate concentrations proinflammatory (IL-1?
